SeaLight Group

Steady light for
private capital.

SeaLight Group is an independent fiduciary firm on the New Hampshire seacoast. We help families, charitable organizations, and founder-led advisory practices navigate private markets with clarity — private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets, stewarded the way a fiduciary should.

Three practices, one standard of care.

Private wealth management

Discretionary portfolios for families and charitable organizations, built around institutional-quality access to private markets. Clear structures, transparent fees, and reporting you can actually read.

Private partnerships

Sourcing, diligence, and placement of select private equity, credit, and real-asset partnerships for qualified investors — relationships built over two decades of allocating across cycles.

Advisor partnership & succession

A home for experienced advisors and founder-led practices planning their next chapter: transition capital, an alternatives platform, and continuity for the families you serve.

Clarity is the product.

Much of wealth management charges premium fees for managed opacity. We hold the opposite view: our clients deserve to know what they own, why they own it, what it costs, and how it performed — in plain language.

Fiduciary, always
We sit on the same side of the table as our clients. No product quotas, no hidden economics.
Cycle-tested judgment
Our leadership has allocated capital through the global financial crisis, the 2015 dislocations, and the 2020 pivot. Experience is our first risk-management tool.
Technology in service of judgment
We use modern research and screening tools to widen the field of what we can evaluate — and human judgment to decide. Machines extend our reach; they do not replace our standards.

Anthony J. Annino, CFA

Founder & Managing Member

Mr. Annino has spent more than two decades stewarding private capital across New England. He served nine years as Chief Investment Officer of Perspecta Trust in Hampton, New Hampshire, leading asset allocation and manager research for principals and their families; as Chief Executive Officer of RiverRock Funds, where he oversaw the deployment of more than $300 million across nine non-correlated alternative strategies; and as Senior Managing Director at Obra Capital. He began his career in investment research at Cambridge Trust in Boston.

Mr. Annino is a CFA charterholder and chairs the Investment & Loan Committee of the Diocese of Manchester. His work has long centered on trusteeship, charitable stewardship, and the quiet craft of multigenerational capital.

Your practice's next chapter, on your terms.

If you have spent decades building an independent practice, the question is rarely whether to plan for continuity — it is who will treat your clients the way you have. SeaLight partners with experienced advisors and founder-led firms through succession arrangements, transition capital, and a platform built for private-markets work.

These conversations are confidential, unhurried, and begin wherever you are — five years out or fifteen.
